A Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Journaling Coach, and the founder of Project One 13.
I support women who feel emotionally exhausted learn how to regulate emotions, respond with peace, and rebuild confidence through a blend of therapeutic journaling, neuroplasticity-based tools, and faith-centered practices.
I’ve worked with clients since 2015, helping them understand and transform the emotional patterns that keep them overwhelmed or reactive. My work is professional and personal.
